Mindbloom Wellness is guided by Laura Hoff, a holistic practitioner specializing in Reiki, Yoga, Breathwork, Mantra, Nature Therapy, and Nervous System Regulation.
Laura’s work is shaped by both her diverse professional background and her lived experience with neurodivergence. This combination informs a deeply compassionate, grounded approach that prioritizes safety, inclusivity, and nervous system awareness. Her sessions are designed to feel nurturing and supportive — a space where people can soften, reconnect, and feel at ease being exactly who they are.
Laura's Approach
Over the years, Laura has had the honor of working with hundreds of women in outpatient and residential treatment settings, supporting them through some of their most challenging and transformative moments. With a heart-centered, trauma-informed approach, she has helped individuals navigate mental illness, trauma, addiction, and neurodivergence while fostering a sense of safety, dignity, and self-trust.
By integrating holistic practices such as Reiki, breathwork, nature-based healing, and chakra work, Laura has witnessed powerful transformations — not through force or fixing, but through presence, compassion, and gentle support. This work allows people to reconnect with their inner strength, reclaim their sense of self, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
