Kundalini Yoga
Trauma-Informed Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful yet accessible practice that combines breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation, and nervous system awareness to support emotional regulation, resilience, and personal transformation.
At Mindbloom Wellness, Kundalini Yoga is offered through a trauma-informed lens — honoring your pace, your boundaries, and your lived experience.
Whether you are navigating stress, recovery, burnout, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, these practices are designed to support clarity, groundedness, and inner strength.
What Is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a traditional yogic system that works with breath (pranayama), specific movement sequences (kriyas), mantra, meditation, and energetic awareness to awaken vitality and restore balance to the body and mind.
Unlike purely physical yoga styles, Kundalini works directly with:
• The nervous system
• Emotional processing
• Energy regulation
• Subconscious patterning
• Spiritual connection
It is both grounding and expansive — strengthening your capacity while deepening your self-awareness.
No prior experience is required.
Laura integrates her training and professional experience to create a safe, regulated environment for practice.
Her work is especially supportive for:
• Sensitive and neurodivergent nervous systems
• Women in recovery
• Those navigating trauma, addiction, or life transitions
• Individuals seeking nervous system regulation
• People experiencing burnout, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
Sessions may include:
• Kundalini kriyas (intentional movement sequences)
• Breathwork for regulation
• Mantra and meditation
• Somatic awareness practices
• Integration and reflection
Each class is thoughtfully guided to support safety, empowerment, and embodied healing.
