Mindbloom Retreats offer safe, nourishing spaces where women and neurodivergent beings can pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Grounded in trauma-informed care and nature-rooted healing, each retreat is intentionally paced to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep restoration. Held at a private sanctuary in Escondido’s Elfin Forest, these Saturday retreats invite you into a calm, spacious environment where rest, presence, and reconnection can naturally unfold.

This Valentine’s Day, you’re invited to turn inward and offer yourself the care, compassion, and tenderness you so freely give to others. This Self-Care & Self-Love Retreat is a gentle day of rest, nourishment, and reconnection — a space to slow down, soften, and listen to what your heart truly needs. Through grounding practices, time in nature, reflection, and intentional rest, we’ll explore what self-love looks like beyond surface rituals — as a felt sense of safety, presence, and kindness toward yourself. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling more supported, centered, and deeply cared for.

Each retreat date carries its own theme and intention, thoughtfully curated to support different needs and seasons of life. Retreats are offered on select Saturdays throughout the month and are intentionally limited to preserve spaciousness, care, and presence.

As the seasons begin to shift, this Spring Renewal Retreat offers a sacred pause to release what no longer serves and gently welcome what’s ready to grow. This is a time for clearing, recalibrating, and reconnecting with your inner rhythms as winter gives way to new possibility. Together we’ll focus on renewal of mind, body, and spirit through grounding practices, reflection, and time in nature. This retreat is not about rushing into change, but about creating spaciousness — allowing fresh energy, clarity, and intention to naturally arise.
