Mindbloom Retreats offer safe, nourishing spaces where women and neurodivergent beings can pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Grounded in trauma-informed care and nature-rooted healing, each retreat is intentionally paced to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep restoration. Held at a private sanctuary in Fallbrook, CA these Saturday retreats invite you into a calm, spacious environment where rest, presence, and reconnection can naturally unfold.

Mindbloom retreats are half-day experiences created to support rest, regulation, and reconnection — especially for sensitive, overwhelmed, or neurodivergent nervous systems. These retreats are not performance-based or prescriptive. They are gently guided, intentionally paced, and rooted in choice, safety, and respect. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are and engage in a way that feels supportive for you. Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or simply longing for quiet and grounding, Mindbloom retreats offer a calm container to reset and restore.

Each Mindbloom retreat is guided with a clear intention — to support rest, regulation, and a gentle return to yourself. The practices offered throughout the day are thoughtfully woven together to create a grounded, supportive experience that invites ease, presence, and connection. Depending on the retreat theme, the day may include a blend of: • Reiki energy healing • Breathwork, offered gently or ceremonially as appropriate • Chakra sound healing • Nervous system regulation practices • Mantra or meditation • Nature-based therapy All practices are guided with care and adaptability, honoring each person’s comfort, capacity, and unique experience. No prior experience is needed — simply an openness to slow down and receive.

Mindbloom Wellness is guided by Laura Hoff, whose work is rooted in trauma-informed care, somatic practices, energy healing, and integrative wellness. Drawing from traditional yogic lineages and modern, body-based approaches, her offerings are designed to gently support the nervous system and the body’s natural capacity for healing.
